The people who work there are very professional, knowledgable, they listen to your particular need, find the solution for your situation and are very eager to help you in any way than can. Fantastic customer service. We arrived with a flat tyre, they did't have a spare, but phoned ahead and found one for us in Busselton. In the meantime, Ratz removed the flat, fitted the emergency tyre, and we were on our way! No charge! Can't believe it. Thank you so much guys, you were great.

Outstanding customer service. Had 4 tyres changed. Offered lift to town, etc.. said no, had bought a book to read. Offered coffee, tea, etc.. On checking what air I should be putting in tyres, told just to come in when passing and they would do air tyre pressure for me at no charge. So nice to have old fashioned customer service.
